LAte and Home

It's about eleven pm. We just got home, I'm exhausted, this was such a long day. I love staying with my Aunt Judy, I think that Lemington is the best place on earth. I've said it before, if there's one place I would want to move to away from Las Vegas and Bonanza high school, it would be Lemington Utah. I love that place. Covered in snow, gorgeous. I was sad to leave. My mom showed Aunt Judy, Mark, and Lance my blog, YouTube page, The AM show, and Wrock. (Oh yeah, I got a bunch of Wizard rock CDs for Christmas, I don't remember if I've already written about that or not, and it's too late to go check) So, yeah, I love Lemington.
My mom saw all her brothers and sisters this weekend, it was a good birthday for her, we got to see Music and the Spoken Word, and then we went to see aunt Janey on the way to Aunt Judy's. We visited with Janey for a good hour and a half at least. Then we went up to Lemington. Hannah had a basketball practice this morning (Hannah's my cousin.) But we hung out with Mark and Lance. Mark is going to HongKong on his mission in April, we found that out, mom and dad went Friday to see him go though the temple so he could see Blake and Annie's wedding. I didn't see them at all, or Jeff and Mary, or Katie and Andrew! But mom and dad saw them and that was good. My mom tried to let Lance into the world of Wizard Rock, I don't know if he liked it all that much, he seemed, i don't know, kind of interested, but he also seemed like he wanted to go play with the DS. How funny, well, I know Wrock isn't for everyone, so, Lance I forgive you. Oh yeah, Aunt Judy and family, if you're checking out my blog, Hello! Well my dad's kicking me off so I'll make this quick.
We went down to grandpa and grandma's on the way back, then went over to Aunt Joni's to see Jay Lynn and Joni and Jared. Then We went to Uncle Dave's and visited with them for a bit. My mom saw all her family, and I think she loved her birthday, other than the fact that she had to get another year older!

Quick post! OK, I'M IN Salt Lake, just came back from MUSIC in the Spoken Word, it was awesome. Today's Mom's birthday, she had a good time there. We have to go to Aunt Judy's now, I love going to Aunt Judy's I think it's my favorite place on earth, except perhaps Hogwarts. Oh I love Harry Potter! OK, EVERY ONE'S pressing me to go, darn, I keep PRESSING the caps lock on accident. No time TO fix it. Bye EVERYBODY!

Tired, need sleep

Yes, I am at a hotel in Utah, Lehi to be truthful. And last night, I went to sleep at midnight and awoke at 9:15 and I am still tired! I also got like three hours of sleep on the eight hour car ride up here! Then after breakfast I went back to the room and slept for anther two hours, I think somethings wrong with me, because I am still tired! Maybe I overslept, that happens you know, when you sleep too much you get more tired than you were before. Well, we're heading out in like ten minutes, I'm posting this from the hotel lounge, there's a computer here. Yep, so I have to go pack up really fast because checkout is in like ten minutes. We're off to Salt Lake for lunch and tonight we're going to see temple square with all the gorgeous lights there. OK, bye... SO tired!

Leaving

It's really late and we're leaving really early. I just wanted to tell Maren, since I'm not going to see you for another couple days. You rock, have a good week. I'll miss you, hopefully we can start to talk on scype starting when I get back. Day Before Christmas

Yep. it's the day before Christmas. And now I'm about to go out with my Madre again. I don't know what it is, but I'm not really ready for it to be Christmas yet. I love Christmas, but this year, I guess I'm just, not in the mood. Maybe I will be in like a week or so. Darn! I wish I was though, I love Christmas, absolutely LOVE it. And this year, I'm jut not in my groove. Oh well, I've got to tidy up the house before my motha gets here. Bye!

My dad is showing me his crazy knife. It's scary! Also, I just finished watching Mulan. It's officially my favorite Disney movie! Me and my dad were rocking out to the tunes. I love that movie. I want to watch it with Maren. I love Mushu, he's the best. So funny, and there's this girl on TV and she has really fat cheeks. That's kind of rude, but I was like staring at them for like five seconds strait and not taking anything else in! Crazy, I know. Wizards of Waverly Place is a funny show, I like this one too. I like Disney Channel. "Together, We'll send you losers home!" So funny. OK, well, I'm gonna go!

Responce to Maren's blog

I'm not telling you her blog, so don't ask, but this it's a lot easier to write a post than it is to write a super duper comment on all of her posts. SO here we go...
Maren, I miss you. This week sucked, I was supposed to hang with you on a number of different occasions. But they all didn't turn out, that was sucky, and I don't know if we'll be able to hang this week because of your brother (NO offence Greg) Plus I'm going out of town the 26Th I think. Until maybe after new years. Augh! I want to go the New Years Eve dance though. You probably don't want to, you don't like the dances, but I think they're fun, once you get past the, "Oh, the only person who asked me to dance was TyBr" (Code name for a friend of both of us.)

Cool survey, I like how you mentioned me like three times, I do rock don't I? ;D Also, the pictures were sweet.

Fiveawesomeguys, where to start with that. I am a tad disappointed with the fact that you didn't really enjoy it, I thought you would. So, their project; they do this thing where each of them takes a day, and they make a video on that day, Monday through Friday. And it's pretty much them talking to each other, and you know, communicating through that way. Because they live in different parts of the world. And you might not like this idea, but I actually thought that when I get a decent Web cam, we might be able to do that, since we never see each other. I mean, only if you want to. We wouldn't be doing it for subscribers or anything, just to talk to each other. I think it would help us, be ourselves or something. You know, just to like hang when we can't hang. Like this week. OK, think about it, bye!

Eagle Projects

Yesterday I went at like nine am, and painted the Bonanza auxiliary gym. It was a lot of work. But after that we had to go to a different eagle project and help collect electronics for the blind center. I felt good after helping though. We also went and made cookie with my grandma like we do every year, we make sugar cookies, peanut butter cookies, toll house, and keeflies (Not how you spell it, but I don't know how to, pronounced key- fleas) They're this Hungarian cookie, and they are amazing. However , grandma had already made them, so we didn't get to help with those this year, we did eat them though, especially my dad when he came by. I was supposed to go to Maren's ward Christmas party, but my parents came back to take me from grandmas house to there nearly an hour late, and it would have taken twenty minutes to get the the chapel, and I was really disappointed that I didn't get to go, it was going to be the highlight of my evening. But I didn't get to go, so then I was upset. OK, I've got to go, mom and Jackie are getting upset because I'm still mad about not going last night.

Movie Canceled For Me

Yeah, so this movie I was supposed to go see, not happening. Neither my mom nor dad is home to take me. And seeing as the movie starts in two minutes, it just doesn't seem to be on my actual agenda for this evening. But that's OK, there's still gift of lights. I am bummed that I didn't get to hang out with my friends though. I wish Maren could have gone. Then I would have made sure I was there and protested, but seeing as I can't doing anything about it, I doesn't really matter. So, I'm home, not at the movies, and yep, it's officially started, no use going now. Oh well. Sucks for me, and all my friends, they were bringing my Christmas presents to the movie since they all left them at home, OK, not all. Michelle and Aileen did, but it doesn't matter, because Christmas isn't about gifts (although that does not mean that I do not want those presents, I very much still do!) Christmas is about celebrating Jesus birth.
On that subject, this girl Luisa sits behind me in World History. And she's Catholic, but she doesn't often go to church. But I think just about everyone in the world knows that Christmas is the celebration of the birth of baby Jesus. However, Luisa was drawing a really dumb blank, and me and this Christian girl Jennifer filled her in. The talk kind or went something like this.

"Do you celebrate Christmas" L
"Of coarse!" A + J. "We're the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, of course we celebrate Christmas!" A
"What does that have anything to do with celebrating Christmas?'" L

"Luisa there is something wrong with you, how do you not know about Jesus being born when you're Catholic?" A
"Wait? That's why we celebrate Christmas?"
OK, I'm going to end that conversation there, because Luisa is totally crazy, and that conversation went on for another ten minutes about the birth of Christ and the nativity and her realizing she is totally ignorant to what goes on around her, she knew what it was, she just for some reason never connected one thing to another, and didn't see that Christmas is celebrated BECAUSE of the birth of Jesus, she just thought that was a big church thing. And had no idea what exactly Christmas was, she didn't know, for 16 years on this earth she didn't know what Christmas was about. Good luck missionaries.

Tonight

I'm going to the movies. We're going to see "Yes Man" Just a bunch of Friends, to celebrate being out of school for two beautiful weeks. Then I'm going to Gift of Lights like I do every year with the Bames. It's what we do, it's a tradition. It's really fun, and we got a truck this year, we've had to go in my mom's car before, it's not as fun. Gist of lights is this park with all these Christmas lights everywhere, and you drive through it and it is so fun. We sit in the back of this truck, and drink hot chocolate and sing the twelve days of Christmas it rocks. OK, so maybe it doesn't sound so great, but I assure you, it is one of my favorite Christmas traditions. :)

So, today I realized something. Without YOUTUBE, my life would be a lot more boring. I mean, not that others will think that the crazy shows that Maren and I make are exactly the height of cool. But I found today that YOUTUBE helps me express myself. Along with my blog, YouTube lets me show others who I am. Granted, all I have on my personal channel is Wizard Rock videos, but who cares, it like it, because I like Harry Potter. I also enjoy watching other people's videos. I really like watching the fiveawesomeguys. I watch their personal channels, too. I think they're funny people. It's a pity I came it at like the very end of their project, I wish they could do it again next year, that would rock. Actually, I just realized that most of you, probably all of you don't know who the fiveawesomeguys are. They are a product of the fiveawesomegirls. I personally think the guys are funnier, but whatever. There are five of them, and each of them take a day of the week. And it's like a way they talk with each other. But they have like 100,000 subscribers. They're really funny. You don't have to check them out, I just think they're funny.

Almost Snow

I had a discussion with Aria about snow. I think that it's still rain, and not yet snow, and she was so convinced that it WAS snow that she made the discussion an argument, and I won, because I always do! JK, I'm eating my pasta from last night, we always go to apple bees after one of our concerts with my grandma, I don't know where we'll go tonight, since Jackie has a concert, and we just went to apple bees yesterday. Yeah, the concert wasn't that great, my flute was out of tune the whole time. Upsetting. OK, well, I'm going to work on my next video for YOUTUBE.

Band Concert

Yeah the band concert is tonight, I'm not really excited, but, you know, its a concert. Yeah, so sister Handy made me so mad yesterday at the concert. So, I sit in the VERY BACK of the ensemble, like the BACK back. Ask Maren she'll tell you. And I on;y play six of the thirteen songs. So on the concert on Sunday I read my Harry Potter book. Yeah, yesterday sister Handy was like, "There were rumors someone was reading a novel yesterday. Whoever did this is the spawn of the devil and should be punished and repent." But NOBODY in the audience saw me. The percussion guy ratted me out! Jerk. And when I stood up because they were taking pictures, and because I sit in the back they couldn't see me I had to stand up, she said "Your necklace is to blingy for this concert, no offence." Then she gave me the glare of death. I was so depressed for the whole concert, and angry at her. She didn't even direct the orchestra. It was choir plus some instruments that were off beat because they couldn't see the conducting! Well, I'm sorry, she upset me. And if any of you want to come to my concert tonight it's in the Carrol Loman theatre at seven tonight. OK, bye.

Concert

So, I had a concert for Mormon Youth Symphony. It's late. I'm tired, we were bad. I read three chapters of my harry Potter book though during the concert when I wasn't playing. OK, So, I have a Bonanza Band Concert on Tuesday. You are all invited. I have some solos. And you'll see me because I'm in the front. Like, there's a concert tomorrow for MYS, but it'll be as bad as today, and you won't even see me, what's the point, seriously. I got a really cool pair of converse yesterday, but I can't wear them till Christmas, they rock. OK, I'm going to bed. Bye everybody!

I DID IT!

So, my background has been messing with me. And I couldn't get what I wanted. I finally got this, I don't know if I like it, but the picture is really cool. Wizards surfing with their broomsticks. Yeah, I went with my mom and dad to look for the YWS Christmas presents at the outlet mall. We didn't find them, but we did go to the converse store. And I found some really great cons. But I can't wear them until Christmas. They Rock! OK. Well I've got to get ready for when Maren comes over.

I'm home now. I did great on my French poem. I finally memorized it. So, I guess somebody has been going around and stealing people things out of their bags. OH MY GOSH!! It's a miracle. My dad is coming to the scripture mastery morning side thing today! I though for sure he'd sleep in past it, but I woke him at five and he only said ONE complaining thing! He's getting ready now. I have an absence and three tardies, which makes no seance since I'm ALWAYS one of the first people in my class. But, oh well. When I bring in my dad it'll make up an absence or my three tardies. Well, I'm working on another Wizard Rock video, this one is going to be good, I found how to get one of my favorite Harry Potter Rock songs for free, so now I'm making my "Video" for it. Got to go, bye!

Orchestra Concert

So, I went to the orchestra concert. It was OK. The first orchestra was out of tune. But Aaron's orchestra was good though. He had a really good solo. He was upset about the dancers stealing his song. But I didn't even pay attention to their dance, NO OFFENCE. But I listened to all of his solo, good job. Aaron. OK, I'm going to watch The Office in a bit, and then go to bed. Hopefully dad will be able to go to the seminary tomorrow for scripture Mastery day! Bye!

The tree is so pretty.

It was my tree, I decorated it. It is the best tree in the whole entire world. The whole front is decorated with all my amazing Harry Potter ornaments. And that adds up to like thirty ornaments. I love Harry Potter. We have a small little miniature village under the Christmas tree. I christened it Hogsmeade, and there is even a Hogwarts, from my own personal collection. OK, it's almost ten. Back from Softball

i am tired. Very tired, I'm so tired I think I'll die, and I wouldn't even care. WE ran so much, and then I walked home. I am so tired.... we're putting up the Christmas tree tonight for family home evening. I'm soooo tired!Do you feel the pain through my writing? Because the tiredness is making me pain so much. Prayer in a post

OK, don't bet offended by this anyone, if you are, sorry. It's kind of a hard thing to explain, but I was thinking about it this morning after I woke up, which means it probably came to me when I was sleeping. OK, I think that a post... is like a prayer, in a way. I mean, there are people who write their posts like, "This summer we went to London, here are pictures of that trip. " But I think that my posts are more of that prayer without the "dear Heaven;y Father" or "Amen." I pour my heart out here sometimes, just like one would do in a prayer. They teach you that in a prayer, you should Talk to god. Tell him what you did in the day, even though he already knows. And doesn't he know about my blog, too. Doesn't he know everything about me, about us? So, it's more like a public prayer, which is not always bad. Like when you bless the food on your table. It's a prayer you can all come to look at, and maybe get ideas for a prayer to god that helps you. You say what you want on your own blog. And here, you read my blog and think, "Maybe I'll leave a comment to that well-written piece of work." (That's what I think you do anyways) So, as I say, this and all my other posts are a prayer. You don't have to think of the that way, really you don't, but I do, so, there you go. Do with this as you will...

Yeah, I'm home from Tithing Settlement

So, tithing settlement was really boring. And now, I'm a full tithing payer. I'm going to be doing this blog thing for mutual on Tuesday. So, on Tuesday it's going to be all like "Here's my blog" post at the top, if you get there you can leave comments before mutual, then I can show people who to comment and what the results are. Good Job Zack

Yeah, Zack, and Anne? made honor band, you guys played really good, great job. I'm not going to say I'm not jealous, because I am. I practiced really hard and then got into the audition and flunked. I knew I wouldn't make it, I just didn't want to look like an idiot, and unfortunately that happened. But you guys did awesome and that's all that counts. Good job, wish I could have made it, but at least you guys did. Good job, luck to you with the music. :)

Stupid Audition

The audition was so bad, I got there like two hours early. And I practiced and I didn't know like anyone there until Jordan showed up, then he went to audition and I was alone for like an hour until Mike came, then Anne, Eric, and finally Jose. Well, some of the flute players told me what the scales were. When I walked into the school I didn't feel very nervous. Then I heard the other flute players, as I've said to others already, I wasn't scared, I just didn't want to look like an idiot, and I did. I went in and they told me to play and A major scale, like I knew they would, and I had practiced it. I could do it in the warm up room, but when I got in there it was so bad, I spent like, no joke, two whole minutes to do when scale. I couldn't get to the top of the second octave, once I'd got there I asked the guy if I had to go back down because it was so bad. He made me go down, that was so embarrassing. Then I did the G flat scale, not as bad, but still sucky. I played my Etudes, they were OK, not great though, and I practiced them for like two months! The I had to sight read, and that wasn't great, as Zack said, it was pretty easy, well it should have been, but it was like my fingers weren't working with my brain and I kept messing up and stopping, so dumb, OK bye!

MYS and Honor Band

I'll be going to Mormon Youth Symphony in like ten minutes. And at like two fifteen I need to be at Clark so I can do my Honor Band audition, I don't expect to make it, it's really the experience of auditioning that I'm doing it for. I mean, making it would be AWESOME, but there are a lot of flute players who tr y out. And I'm not nearly the Best, but the audition is really important to prepare you for others you might have, so excited. Yes! Nervous Yes! Prepared A little bit!

MMMMMMHMMM

Yeah, no softball today. So I brought all my stuff to school for nothing! I started my diet today, I had tuna for lunch, it was actually good. Interesting huh, But it got everywhere and the lady came up and was like, "Clean that up, because I'm not doing it" So I did it, the end.
I'm cleaning my living room, then I'm going to exercise, I'm babysitting tonight for the Jensen's, so sorry Bay, I wanted to hang out, but maybe not, how about tomorrow night?

Beeedle

OK, so, we got the Tales of Beedle the Bard today. For those of you who don't know (and if you're my friend you should know, JK) Beedle was like Fairy Tales and Mother Goose type stuff for Wizards. Which means this book was written by JK Rowling, and I've read the first Fairy Wizard Tale and it's a pretty good book, I like it, and think it rocks.

On a More suckish note, I went to the doctor and he said I was twenty three pounds overweight. Which means tomorrow I'm going on a diet, and Anne said she'd do it with me. She's awesome, I'm not holding her to it, but, I really appreciate it! Anne you rock, I suck, such a pig. Going to be running my butt off at softball tomorrow.

So, no softball today because I have a doctors appointment, HURRAY! And Maren, you need to tell me about Saturday, hey maybe tomorrow we could hang out and watch Elf, it's every ones favorite Christmas movie! So, today was kind of awkward at some points, and I won't say much more, but maybe there are some secrets that some people should keep in... even if the person who the secret is relating to already knows. I've learned that through experiences, and yesterday just seemed like another great reason why. Don't tell those kinds of secrets. But most of you don't even know what I'm talking about, so lets move on, I think I'll put on this song from bass hunter, the real music video is kind of nasty, I had to stop watching it like ten seconds in, it's a cute song, and has a wicked beat. OK, I don't want my cereal to get soggy so this is fast. Logan, I'm really sorry, and you know exactly what for, so I'm not repeating it here so everyone can read, I've already written a formal apology on your blog in a comment, so... sorry again. Maren, what are you doing between MYS and honor band, probably practicing, well, what are you doing after honor band? We need to hang out, I'm going insane! Dawn, that was really awesome how you came over the other day, thank you for letting me borrow your Harry Potter 2, I somehow lost mine and really appreciate it. Ashley, you are awesome, and I really like your hair, if I could pull it off I would have done it, but I can't so I got this cut instead, Which you still haven't seen, Sister Sewell, when exactly are you guys moving, we were talking about it at dinner and my dad couldn't remember if it was April or August. YEAH!

I only had weight lifting for like thirty minutes instead of the like two hours the other girls had, then I just went out and hit in the cages. Nelson says I am way better than last year! Then I walked home, and I'm here blogging like and hour before I was yesterday! OK, well, I just put in season 2 of psych. So I'm going to go watch it. Maren, sorry about not finding you this morning, I put my stuff in the band room and the bell rang so I just went to class, I saw you peak in though, you're a great friend, so awesome, and I tried to find you at lunch. Tyler said you were in the library. You were, I had to pick something up from the deans for Baker so I walked by you twice, but you were with a guy who needed your assistance. So, I let you work your magic. I miss you Bay.

Band, and also, THE DIMICKS

Yeah, so last night after softball I just went to band and hung out for like an hour, it was boring, and I smelled really bad, as Maren knows. Band was really long, I don't usually mind band, but the songs Mr. Baker chose, well they're kind of difficult I guess, but they're really boring, my part is at least, and I like to play to my full capability, which is why I'm trying out for honor band. even though it's pretty much impossible for me to make it. Too many flute players, to much college band level music! So, after band I went to the food store, and we got food, sports drinks too, which I'll be using for softball. The Dimicks came over and slept at our house, because Beegs and bone crusher (Their parents) went out of town to Beegs's work party. So Dawn and Connor stayed over, Connor is so crazy in the morning, he's like bouncing off the walls and acting totally insane, wouldn't even listen when I told him to calm down! Just kidding, he woke up, got dressed and went back to sleep on the couch, what a dork! Just kidding, Okay I'm going to eat cereal now, bye everyone!

I am four diffrent kinds of awesome!

The first of the four different super kinds of awesome I am is the awesome formally known as Lagex, that's the awesome that lurks way down deep and is like, childish awesome! Then of course the second AMAZING form of awesome is Jayd, I think that's the, "Oh, I'm going off to the super cool dinner party in my pretty shiny dress" Now that awesome is like, whoa, she is so awesome. That doesn't happen very ofter, but if you're looking really close when there's a wedding or a really important church event!
The third kind of Awesome that I am is Sleek, which is the awesome that I let loose when I am alone, watching TV, reading books, and blogging, that like this post is the awesome that nobody really cares about because it is so lame, but to me, that is awesome! And lastly this kind of awesome is what I like to call polish. It's what everyone else sees, I let everything stay inside of me, and I don't let others truly see me. So there you go, I am a mix of four different kinds of awesome that make up the whole of what so many seem to call, Alex Lupton!

I am DEAD!

So, softball. Ugh! I'm so exhausted. We ran... a lot! I did really good in throwing and batting! Nelson said that I improved sooo much from last year, and I haven't practiced this whole time! I don't think I stretched my calves enough, i almost pulled a muscle a couple times, I just barely stopped in time, I could feel the cramping going on and averted that energy somewhere else! Also, Taylor Prescott took me home, she and her mom are so nice, Taylor's on my inactive list for church, but I'm not going to try anything for a while. It was really cool though. I had started walking home, and they pulled up and were like "Want a ride?" and I was like "Yes Please!" Then she exactly where we lived, I think she was my moms visiting teacher a while back. Taylor's really good at softball. I like her hair, it's curly and awesome! Yeah, so really tired, and I smell, OK bye!
